This does not mean that they are not available for play...but it may mean that there are restrictions on the type of play to be had. I have other characters under dedicated names that are not listed here. I do make custom characters, but only for people I've played with before, and who I know I'll enjoy playing with again. Retired characters will be unearthed by request only.
